Delivery
Orders are shipped weekly or twice a week (depending on the amount of orders) from Germany. If you're based around Köln, Düsseldorf or Aachen, we may also arrange a pickup or meetup! :-)
Please expect a degree of delay during the festive season.
Returns
Returns or refunds are not available. Please contact me if your package arrives severly damaged — we may be able to figure something out! Please notice though that minor damage can always occur during the shipping process.
Tracking
Shipments are per default not tracked, as that would raise the cost significantly. If you want to be EXTRA sure, message me for other shipping options.
Shipping of A3 prints are automatically only available with tracking within Germany/Europe.
